Smart academic and administrative management system for registered students and parents of Pneuma football club and Academy

The app is intended to enhance student-parent-academy connect, improve communication and to maximize the learning and experience of students and parents.

Pneuma Football Club and Academy supplements FIFAs objective and our academy program starts with toddler fun footie for discovering the sport, progressing through methodical grass-root levels for forming and building football foundations during school age, embracing performance during adolescence and delivering true potential at professional senior levels. The trainees are expected to represent Pneuma FC or other professional football clubs or senior leagues, and ultimately represent the Indian National team or take up professional football career at national or international levels.

The focal point of our academy program is on behavior of a trainee that includes zonal systems, defensive game, attacking game, transition, individual qualities, psychological aspects, technical aspects, playing systems and tactical flexibility.

We have applied Henri Fayol’s principles of management to football with International Baccalaureate inspired player assessments to encompass and elevate the FIFA training program. With our out-of-the-box motivational modules based on demi-gods of football to participation in management of tournaments and other football related engagements by students; we facilitate a deeper understanding and expectations for the sport.
